Director - Retail Commercial Leasing

Primary responsibility includes negotiating leases with national and local tenants for company owned Big Box properties. Other duties include: sourcing new lease deals for redevelopments and new developments of the properties., preparing lease proposals, gathering tenant information, evaluating tenant’s qualification. Additionally, supervising lease contracts following approval by owners, ensuring that approved terms are accurately depicted in contracts, to effectively assist other departments in carrying out terms of the lease.

Prefer minimum 5 years experience in negotiating leases with Big Box Retailers, outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and follow-up discipline, proficient in all aspects of the lease instruments. However new B.S. / MBA from Tennessee or Georgia encouraged to apply. Extensive Travel Required.
